Refund policy

Returns
Muna Rosa offers returns for store credit within 14 days of purchase for full priced purchases only, and does not offer refunds. 

Please note: all sale, sample sale, custom and discounted items are final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Any full priced item being sent back must be unworn, have no signs of wear and damage, and in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a store credit. Any items that are worn, scratched or damaged will not be accepted. Muna Rosa has the right to deny and send back any items to sender which do not meet these conditions. 


How to return an item:
Please email info@munarosa.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel and include your order number and items you wish to return.

  1. You will receive then receive return information and a code.
  2. Please return your item in a small box with its original packaging. 
  3. Once the item has been received back to us you will receive a store credit by email if all of the above conditions have been met.

Conditions
If you are shipping a faulty or damaged item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item if it meets the required criteria of a manufacturing fault. A refund will not be given if the item has been damaged by the user or is able to be repaired. We are first given the opportunity to repair your piece of jewellery or replace the item before a refund is given.

If you are returning an item the below conditions must be met:
- Your item must be returned in the original packaging and packaged to prevent damage to the item in transit back to us. 
- Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently damaged in postage back cannot be replaced. 
- Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.

Muna Rosa reserves the right to refuse a return if the above criteria, is not met.
